Are you not satisfied with your order? We’re sorry to hear that and would love to know what we can do to make it right.
You can return your order within 30 days, and we will ensure the purchase amount is credited back to your bank account within 5 business days after we receive the return.

We recommend sending returns with a track & trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Return Timeline
Step 1: Fill out the return form.
Step 2: Send the items together with the completed return form. Make sure the parcel has a track & trace code.
Step 3: Receive the refund to your account. Once we receive your parcel, Velira Boutique will ensure the amount is refunded to your account within 5 business days of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Return Address
If you purchased a product that you wish to return, you may be required to return it to the warehouse in China. Please note that the costs of returning the product are at your own expense. This is because shipping costs from China are often very high and it is not feasible for the seller to cover these costs.
To return the product, you must contact the seller and request a return address in China. After receiving the return address, carefully package the product and send it to the specified address. Ensure the product is well protected during transport and choose a trackable shipping method so you can see when the parcel is delivered.
Once the product arrives at the warehouse in China, the seller will check whether it is in good condition and meets the return conditions. If these conditions are met, the seller will refund the purchase price. Please note that it may take some time to receive your refund, depending on the seller’s processing time and your bank.
Overall, returning products to the warehouse in China can be a complex and costly process. Therefore, it is important to be aware of the return conditions and related costs before purchasing.
Responsibility for Uncollected Parcels
If a customer fails to collect their parcel within the specified period at the assigned pickup point or address, the responsibility for the parcel lies with the customer. If the parcel is returned by the carrier to our supplier in China, a €14.95 fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer. This fee covers return and handling costs.
