Delivery Terms

We have decided to ship products directly from the supplier.

Normally, each order is processed within 1–4 business days, and the average delivery time is 6–10 business days. However, due to high demand and staff shortages, processing and delivery times may currently be longer than usual.

This unique business model allows us to achieve significant savings on storage and transportation costs, enabling us to offer products at lower prices than our competitors and cover the shipping costs ourselves.

To keep prices low, we take care of the shipping costs. Every order is delivered FREE to your home.

How can I place an order?

Browse for the products you want and add them to your cart. Once you have products in your cart, you can complete your order at any time.

Review your order

Check that you have the correct products in your cart. Click on “Order.” Verify that the correct products, prices, and quantities are shown in the order summary. You can also leave a message on this page.

Track your order

You can track your order via our Track & Trace system, which you will receive by email once your order has been placed. Tracking is available online 2–3 days after your order, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your products at home.

Responsibility for uncollected / refused parcels

If a customer fails to collect their package within the specified period at the assigned pickup point or delivery address, responsibility for the package lies with the customer.
If the package is returned by the carrier to our supplier in China, a fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • For orders up to €50, a fixed fee of €14.95 will be deducted.

  • For orders over €50, one-third (1/3) of the order value will be deducted.

This fee covers return shipping and handling costs.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

  • For PayPal payments: within 24 hours after placing the order.

  • For credit card payments: within 4 hours after placing the order.

After these timeframes, orders are automatically processed and can no longer be canceled.

Note: Orders may also be processed within the 4- or 24-hour period. In such cases, cancellation is likewise no longer possible.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order, in whole or in part, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • For orders up to €50, a flat fee of €14.95 will be withheld.

  • For orders over €50, one-third (1/3) of the order value will be withheld.

This fee covers processing, restocking, and administrative costs.
